South Park Studios In Ipod

Somewhere

Somewhere, film written and directed by Sofia Coppola, was presented at the 67th Venice Film Festival and received the Golden Lion for best film.
protagonist is a famous movie star Johnny Marco (Stephen Dorff) who, following a broken wrist he decides to live his convalescence in a famous hotel in Hollywood. Johnny, living separated from his wife and eleven year old daughter Cleo (Elle Fanning), spends his days between long sleep, sensual lap dance performances and "monotonous" turn on his Ferrari.
Cleo visits her father for a few days, but turn out to be intense enough to dramatically change the way of life of Johnny, until then dominated by only superficial and ephemeral taste. The love of his daughter unable to revive her father and is able to give him the strength that he thought he had lost and which led him to think about new projects that could help him escape from the monotonous routine of his life as a typical star. With her he went to Milan to receive the Telegatto, where he met Simona Ventura, who plays herself in the shoes of the show's presenter, and the showgirl Valeria Marini, with "hints" of vulgarity, highlights the contrast between the hypocritical world of television Cleo and the innocent.
The film proves significant in spite of its apparent obviousness. The director describes situations not "manufactured" and not too complex and makes the whole thing takes place in an atmosphere of serenity. Yet the long silences and the time dedicated to promote the search for real estate shots slow pace of reflection, which is to contrast sharply with the Ferrari engine noise and uproar of the festivities that take place in hotel rooms that Johnny is frequently involved. Somewhere
pours out beautiful flowers of thought between all the noise ...
